These Terms & Conditions govern your use of palmieriinsurancesolutions.com and the services provided by Palmieri Insurance Solutions LLC (“Palmieri Insurance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We are an independent insurance brokerage licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We help you compare and enroll in Medicare, life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products from the carriers we represent.

Our brokerage service is provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by the insurance carrier when you enroll in a plan. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through us or directly with the carrier.

We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, approve applications, pay claims, or make coverage determinations. Those decisions belong to the carrier that issues your policy.

Palmieri Insurance is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any state agency.

The content on this site is general information about insurance products. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular product is right for you. Plan availability, benefits, premiums, provider networks, and drug formularies change and vary by county and by year.

Nothing on this site is an offer of coverage or a guarantee that you will qualify for any plan. Coverage begins only when a carrier approves your application and issues a policy. The policy documents the carrier provides always control over anything stated here or said in conversation.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an insurance contract. Quotes and plan comparisons depend entirely on the accuracy of what you tell us. Incomplete or inaccurate information can result in an inaccurate quote, a denied application, or a rescinded policy.

If you provide someone else’s contact information or phone number, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

By checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Palmieri Insurance regarding your insurance inquiry, appointments, services, and promotional offers.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and enrollment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call (412) 953-2830.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You agree to notify us if you give up or change the mobile number you opted in with.

When you submit a form or contact us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and by phone at the number you provide, including calls and voicemails regarding your inquiry. This consent applies even if your number appears on a federal or state do-not-call registry, because you have requested contact from us.

You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by calling (412) 953-2830 or emailing palmieriinsurance@gmail.com, and we will honor that request.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

The text, design, layout, and graphics on this site belong to Palmieri Insurance Solutions LLC or are used with permission. Carrier names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear only to identify the products we can place. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including our obligations as a licensed insurance producer under Pennsylvania law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palmieri Insurance Solutions LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submitted that was false or that you had no right to provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after we post changes means you accept the revised terms.
